Are all of your products official?
- Yes! Unless stated as fanmade.
MOP?
- GCash only. Bank to GCash is also accepted.
MOD?
- Shopee checkout, Flash, LBC, and J&T
Reservations?
- I take reservations, for up to 1 week but still negotiable.
Are all of your merchandise in mint condition?
- I do post the condition of each pcs / albums I sell.
Do you accept cancellations? Is there a cancellation fee?
- The cancellation fee will be 50% of your total. Buyers who fail to pay will be posted. However, once you have already paid for it, cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be given.
If a post is still up, does it mean it is still available?
- Yes! I delete posts when it is paid.
The pc/album I bought came damaged, what do I do?
- I will provide a proof that I shipped it out undamaged. If it is the seller's fault, I'll refund you. Please provide an unboxing video, starting from it was unopened by the courier's package. However, delivery damage is not under my control. Strictly no video proof, no refund.
How much is the packing fee?
- the packing fee is 15php (Sleeve, bubblewrap, and 2 cartons) for photocards and 20php (karton, bubblewrap, and box) for albums and photobooks. Add another 15php if you want it to be on a Toploader.Still have questions? Do not hesitate to DM meˊᗜˋ
